Henry G. Jose', is the president, founder and head Financial Strategist for
WFE Financial Services. He is recognized as one of the leading
innovative mortgage and equity advisors helping people realize the
American Dream. Home ownership and Creating Wealth. He's been
working in the financial industry since 1990 mostly in the creative real
estate financing field until 2006 when he added Asset Optimization
strategies and retirement planning alternatives. From the beginning, he
realized that he would need to work outside the box of the normal
traditional way of acquiring a home and creating wealth. He realized that
only about 2% of Americans ever create financial independence, which
meant those people did things outside the "traditional" box of creating
income, creating wealth and managing their assets.
His passion is to be able to help people change their financial future. By
continually researching and finding new and innovative ways, he's been
able to give people hope in their financial security during these uncertain
days of job and retirement security. It took Henry almost 7+ years before
finding the group of successful, innovative mortgage planners, financial
advisors and strategist that are IMPACTING client's lives dramatically.
Instead of getting additional education and certification the traditional way,
he sought after business mentors that create impact. In 2005-6, he
received certifications and mentorship from innovative mortgage planning
systems from Strategic Equity, National Association of Mortgage Brokers,
Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist and other mortgage systems.
Henry realized there is still a major need from the Financial Planning
arena that lacks that innovative strategy in utilizing home equity in a clients
overall short and long term financial plan. It seems that the traditional
planning has not worked very well for most people, especially for those
who have procrastinated (which most baby boomers did). This is when
Henry came across the powerful concept of Asset Optimization and
Successful Equity Management from the book Missed Fortune 101. Henry
started getting educated in the Financial Strategy arena and found that
very few advisors are implementing the concepts let alone understand it,
because of its "outside the box" nature. Henry realized how vital this
strategy can be for a clients short and long term plan but also understand
how pertinent PROPER IMPLEMENTATION will be. In 2006 Henry decided
to shift most of his effort towards educating and helping people have a
better wealth building and retirement plan through the Missed Fortune and
Infinite Banking strategies. Thus WFE Financial Services was created.
Henry has been personally trained and mentored by Doug Andrew and his
team of Financial Strategist and Asset Optimization specialists. He's on a
continuous mentorship program on a weekly basis with Doug and his
team to continually learn how to add value to client's financial lives. In
addition to continually being educated and certifications in the mortgage
planning field, he's also been certified through Doug Andrew's Missed
Fortune University, R. Nelson Nash's Infinite Banking Concepts, and
Certified Retirement Financial Advisor courses.
Henry Jose is married to his beautiful wife Joy and have 3 children, Isaac
11, Frances 9, Anya 6. His favorite past time is spending time with his
wife and kids. He also enjoys being involved in the children's ministries at
his church, The City Church. He also enjoys tinkering on cars along with
his son, playing neighborhood movie producer for the neighborhood kids
making fun movies with them, skiing and vacationing with his family. As
